HDI Joint Venture – Delcan
HDI was the Program Manager for Metrolinx, the Provincial Crown Agency that manages regional transportation planning and GO Transit the regional train and bus service throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). EN Consulting is pleased to assist GO’s program managers HDI for the Union Station Rail Corridor Infrastructure Improvement Program. EN Consulting assisted HDI in the delivery of public information and outreach in the communities adjacent to the Union Station Rail Corridor from September 2006 through March 2010.
Old Town Toronto Promotional Alliance
Providing marketing, copy-writing, facilitation and community outreach services to a community-based tourism promotion alliance from 2003 through 2007. These services included the organization and facilitation of stakeholder meetings, and developing and delivering presentations on the Alliance’s vision and activities.
Sony Centre for the Performing Arts
The Sony Centre for the Performing Arts is Toronto’s premiere performing arts venue and is now closed for renovations, on the brink a major revitalization program that will preserve the historic theatre and add a dazzling new public plaza designed by Claude Cormier. EN Consulting assisted the Sony Centre with community liaison, facilitated a community working group, and provided municipal government relations from 2005 through 2008.
St. Lawrence Market Complex
Toronto’s first market has been providing fresh food for a growing city since 1803. EN Consulting conducted qualitative and quantitative customer and marketing research and analysis to St. Lawrence Market Complex from 2005 through 2008.
Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas – TABIA
EN Consulting provided communications, outreach and marketing services to TABIA in regard to the launch of their print marketing piece the City of Neighbourhoods map in 2011. We managed the initial launch of 50,000 copies of the map, securing initial advertisers and sponsors, production co-ordination and outreach. We insured that all 71 BIAs in the City of the Toronto were advised of the map program and provided with copies. We assessed the market viability for further advertising and sponsorship possibilities for the future iterations of the map. We also issued and managed an RFP process for a digital version of the City of Neighbourhoods map.
